Founded in 2015 by sisters Michel and Amazonka Choigaalaa in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, MICHELAMAZONKA started with a 40 sqm workshop and a 20 sqm store on Peace Avenue. The brand, inspired by a joint fashion show, quickly grew into a major fashion house, now boasting 24 designers, a 621 sqm factory, a 200 sqm warehouse, and three stores in central Ulaanbaatar.
